• Company name, use case, and client data (entered via form)
• Uploaded files (e.g., PDFs or reference docs)

2. Use of Data

Your data is used only to generate your proposals and to improve our services. It is not shared with any third parties except for:

• Supabase (for secure data storage)
• Razorpay (for payment processing)

3. Data Retention

Generated proposals are stored for 30 days for download purposes, after which they may be deleted periodically.

4. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data by emailing us at info@smartproposals.ai.

5. Security

We use secure HTTPS encryption and authenticated access protocols. Sensitive data is stored with restricted access only.
